Makino (Thailand) Co., Ltd. has been serving customers in Thailand for 16 years since 2004. Located at Pattanakarn Road, Bangkok, the head office is easily accessible - about 2 hours' drive from from main estates and 30 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport. Customers get to experience our Milling, EDM, WEDM, Grinding machines at our technology centre, housed at our head office building.
In 2016, Makino Thailand expanded with a branch office at the Eastern Seaboard. Located at easily accessible Pinthong Industrial 3 area. Similar to the head office in Bangkok, the branch office has a seminar room facility to conduct seminars and customer trainings.
Makino Thailand’s aim is more than just selling machines, our goal is to help our customers with complete machining processes and keep our customers’ machines running in good condition.
- Our Die Mold Application team provides support covering product knowledge, training and process improvements to our customers. We also provide CAM Software solutions for High speed machining.
- In Part Machining area, Makino Thailand provide support to customers with time studies, fixture & tool designs and fabrications, process development and programming, statistical process runoff, diminishing trial and error, and application trainings for customer’ operators and engineers.
- For after-sales support, Makino Thailand service team works hard to ensure of faster spare parts and consumable parts delivery, spindle rebuilding solutions, option retrofit, machine relocation assistance, maintenance training and machine accuracy inspection & adjustment. Furthermore, since Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is critical to peak machine tool performance and maximized asset utilization, Makino Thailand offers Annual Maintenance Contracts to our customers to prevent machine breakdown.
Makino Thailand has a strong and knowledgeable team to serve and support customers across Thailand. We have 10 sales engineers including Thai and Japanese to serve both local and Japanese customers.Our Application team includes 12 engineers to provides pre-sales support and knowledge transfer to customers. For after-sales support, we have over 30 engineers and technicians including Japanese advisors.
