Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering
• Possess 5 or more years experience in product (min 100 parts) development.
• Experience in development of Structural base and column / Machine by using ball screw, liner motor, Servo drive, Pneumatic, Hydraulic devices, Rotary table and Robot / Drainage treatment system

Customer Support Service Specialist (Field Services)
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform Installation/Commissioning, of machine tools and ensure they are in good working conditions.
• To provide field service support to the machines for local & overseas customers
• Responds to customer complaints; evaluates and resolves problems of the customer on the machines.
• To work closely with customers pertaining to service provided and feedback on improvement.
• Educate customers on basic maintenance & technical issues of machine tool for customer's benefits.
• Perform Corrective/Scheduled Preventive maintenance of the machines & other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
• Diploma Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering. Mechatronics is preferred
• Experience in Machine Tool servicing is a must.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently or as a team member.
• Knowledge of Laser check or Ball bar check will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Valid Class 3 driving license.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the assembled machines are within the company quality standard.
• Able to interpret, measure, and troubleshoot electrical circuits and system.
• To install, maintain and troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic system.
• To route and connect the cables according to quality standard.
• Perform good standard cable crimping and soldering.
Job Requirements:
• NTC2/3/NITEC/ITC or equivalent in Electrical and Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering
• ‘O’ level / SPM with 1 year experience in CNC Machine or related electrical experience may be considered
