R&D Engineer (Electrical)

Successful candidates will be part of the Research & Development department, working on the design and development and troubleshooting of electrical control circuits for CNC Milling, Die Sinker EDM & Wire EDM.

Requirements:

          •  Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
          •  Basic knowledge of electrical components and specifications

R&D Engineer (Mechanical)

Successful candidates will be part of the Research & Development department, working on the development and customization of machine tool products and technologies to be manufactured locally for global distribution.

Requirements:

          •  Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with course specialization in Design
          •  Candidates with machine design background and experience with semi-conductor or
              automation  equipment design and manufacture will be advantageous           
          •  Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
          •  Resourceful and possess strong interest in R&D

R&D Engineer (Software)

Successful candidates will be part of the Research & Development department, working on the design and development of application software for the control of CNC Machine Tools as well as design application running under Window CE, NET environment and documentation for knowledge management and sharing.

Requirements:

          •  Degree  in  Computer Science,  Computer  Engineering  or  any  Engineering Degree with  
              strong software background
          •  Must be strong in C/C++ and object oriented methodology

Application Engineer/Specialist

Successful candidates will perform test cut, trial, prepare samples on the machine to meet customer needs and technical specification, time estimate, turnkey and solution proposals, troubleshooting and provide customer training and assistance in seminar, demonstration and exhibition support.

Requirements:

          •  Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
          •  Possess CNC knowledge to program and run machines
          •  Equipped with good technical writing skills
          •  Possess an outgoing personality with good interpersonal skills
          •  Willing to travel and undertake overseas assignment
          •  Able to handle stress well and work in a fast paced working environment

Service Engineer/Specialist, Field Services

Successful candidates will provide machine servicing, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance of machines, basic machine training to customers, generate reports on customer reports, perform weekend stand-by service duty, provide feedback and interface with other departments to improve on customer service and design of machine.

Requirements:

          •  Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
          •  Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in machine tool
          •  Possess an outgoing personality with good interpersonal skills
          •  Willing to travel and undertake overseas assignment
          •  Able to handle stress well and work in a fast paced working environment
          •  Able to work odd hours and holidays

Technical Officer (Software)

Successful candidates will work on design and implementation of software testing strategy for R&D software team, conduct validation tests and produce engineering reports, develop software testing programs, update and maintain Software modules and specifications and maintenance of database and prepare Technical Notices.

Requirements:

          •  Diploma in Engineering or IT related discipline
          •  Good command of written English
          •  Possess a hands-on attitude and highly committed
          •  Ability to multi-task and have an eye for details
          •  Fresh Diploma graduates with strong interest in the above are welcomed to apply

Specialist (Assembly)

Successful candidates will work in the Production Department to lead a team of technicians in achieving production schedule, to ensure product quality and maximize resources and provide technical assistance and troubleshooting in maintaining continuous assembly operations.

Requirements:

          •  Diploma  in  Engineering  or  equivalent  and   preferably  2  years  of  relevant  experience 
              in a manufacturing environment.
          •  Self-motivated and committed.
          •  Possess good communication skills.
          •  Able to work overtime as and when required.
          •  Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Technicians

(a) Assembly Technicians
          •  ITE qualification in Mechanical / Mechatronics, Precision Engineering or equivalent ‘O' level /
             SPM with 1 year experience in Mechanical field will be advantageous

(b) Electricians (Machine Wiring)

          •  ITE qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

(c) QC Technicians

          •  NTC3 in Precision Engineering / Mechanical or equivalent
          •  Preferably 1 year of work experience as a machinist
          •  Incoming QC experience preferred

CNC Machinist

Successful candidates will work in the machining department to set up and operate high precision CNC milling machines and assist in troubleshooting and machine maintenance.

Requirements:

          •  NITEC in Precision Machining.
          •  At  least  3  years of experience in  operating CNC milling machines  
          •  Able to  read and interpret engineering drawings.
