It is with this objective in mind that Makino Asia set up the “Makino Service Enhancement” Program that aims to build long-termed relationship with our Customer.
The mission statement of our Service Team is to provide fast service and minimize downtime. In Singapore, we are able to achieve more than 80% response time of less than 4hrs from the time of receiving customer’s call to reaching customer’s place. Furthermore, to assist customers who run production overnight and over the weekends, we have a 24/7 support on standby to ensure that the Makino machines are always able to deliver customer’s order.
Our goal is a customer-orientated one, targeting to get the Customer’s system up for production first then other issues to be discussed. Makino Service is committed to achieve these goals. Regular customer satisfaction surveys are done with the customers to ensure that the service rendered keep up their standards.

The Service Parts Centre in Makino is a very fast paced function of the company. The Service Parts Team is motivated to meet customer's expectation and to provide prompt response to their needs and requirements for Makino machine spare parts. Understanding that providing the right spare parts timely to keep our customer's machines in running is critical to our business, our Service Parts Team work to exceed customer’s expectation with exemplary customer service. |
